Barangay 66 | Tacloban, Philippines | November 2013
It’s been more than two weeks since Typhoon Haiyan devastated the Philippines. This is a glimpse into one of Tacloban’s hardest hit neighborhoods, Barangay 66. There has been an incredible showing of support from the international community but I hope this photo can help you grasp the scale of what the People of Tacloban and the surrounding towns are dealing with.
Our reporting will be presented in a long form multimedia piece to bring you the human stories of the people affected by the storm and their recovery. I’ve never met such resilient, warm and caring folks, please take a moment to consider if you could help them in any way.
